REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (“RFP”)

The Alexander City Council requests Proposals for operation of a daycare facility owned by the City of Alexander.

Project Description:  The City of Alexander (“Alexander”) is in the process of building a daycare facility that is anticipated to be completed in July of 2025. Alexander seeks a qualified provider to provide daycare services at the Alexander-owned facility. This project aims to ensure high-quality, accessible daycare services to meet the region's needs. The chosen provider will lease the facility and shall manage all aspects of daycare operations, including staff, curriculum, safety, and regulatory compliance. Interested parties are encouraged to review the RFP, which outlines proposal requirements, criteria for selection, and submission instructions. Procedure for Submission: Providers wishing to be considered shall submit proposals as follows:

• One (1) hard copy of the proposal and qualification materials

• One (1) electronic copy of the proposal and qualification materials

• Proposals must follow the submission process provided in the RFP

• Proposals must be submitted no later than 4:00 pm CST, Wednesday, January 8, 2025, to:
